All donations made to Kawish E Jameel Foundation are voluntary contributions intended to support our mission and community welfare initiatives.

Refund Requests

Donations are generally non-refundable. However, refund requests may be considered under exceptional circumstances, including:

• Duplicate transactions
• Incorrect donation amount entered by the donor
• Technical errors during payment processing
• Unauthorized transactions reported by the donor

Refund Procedure

To request a refund, the donor must contact the Foundation within 7 days from the date of donation and provide the following details:

• Transaction Reference Number
• Date of Donation
• Donation Amount
• Reason for Refund Request

Approval of Refund

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method used by the donor.

Cancellation Policy

Since donations are voluntary charitable contributions, cancellation of completed donations may not be possible once the payment has been successfully processed.

Processing Time

Approved refunds may take 7 to 15 working days to reflect in the donor's account depending on the payment gateway and banking process.
